Wayfinder Privacy Statement
This page explains how Wayfinder collects, uses, shares, and protects information from property audits, Mira guide sessions, reports, and subscriber experiences.
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Wayfinder uses property and market information to prepare personalized audits and guide conversations. If you start a Mira session, the interaction may be recorded or transcribed. We use that information to provide the guide, improve the product, maintain safety and quality, and follow up on your request.
Contact details you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and delivery preferences.
Property and listing information, including Airbnb or other listing URLs, addresses or locations, listing photos, amenities, pricing signals, performance context, competitor benchmarks, owner goals, and report preferences.
Mira guide interactions, which may include audio, video, transcripts, chat messages, session metadata, consent signals, tool calls, and support notes from the live guide experience.
Account, billing, and platform information when you subscribe, such as plan selection, property portfolio details, campaign approvals, content preferences, and payment records handled by our payment processors.
Device, usage, and diagnostic information, including browser type, approximate location from network signals, pages viewed, referral source, logs, error reports, and security events.
Prepare and deliver personalized property audits, report links, Mira guide sessions, sample outputs, recommendations, campaign ideas, and owner-approved marketing work.
Verify report delivery, protect private audit access, respond to support requests, and keep the property audit connected to the person who requested it.
Operate, review, improve, and quality-check Mira and Wayfinder features, including the live guide experience, AI-assisted analysis, transcript review, safety monitoring, and product diagnostics.
Create subscriber services, including recurring property intelligence, pricing and positioning guidance, listing and photo recommendations, content generation, approval workflows, and performance reporting.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Wayfinder, customers, partners, and guests.
When you start a Mira guide session, Wayfinder may record or transcribe the interaction so Mira can respond in context, remember the report during the session, and help our team review quality, safety, and follow-up needs.
Do not share sensitive personal, financial, account-login, government ID, health, or guest-confidential information in a Mira session.
Authorized Wayfinder team members and service providers may review session recordings, transcripts, and metadata when needed to operate the service, improve the experience, provide support, or investigate safety and reliability issues.
We share information with service providers that help us run Wayfinder, such as hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, CRM, payment processing, AI, avatar, voice, video, mapping, data enrichment, and support tools.
We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of data changes in a way that requires additional notice or choice, we will update this statement and provide the appropriate controls.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the audit, operate the account, support the customer relationship, improve and secure Wayfinder, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Some audit and Mira guide records may be retained so owners can reopen reports, subscribers can continue work from prior recommendations, and Wayfinder can maintain a reliable history of owner-approved decisions.
You may ask us to delete or limit certain records, subject to legal, security, billing, operational, and backup requirements.
You can choose not to start a Mira guide session if you do not want the interaction recorded or transcribed.
You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or limitation of personal information by contacting us.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the email. Transactional messages, such as audit delivery, verification, security, and billing notices, may still be sent when needed.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, appeal, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or AI-enabled service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we also recommend avoiding sensitive information in public-preview guide sessions.
Wayfinder is built for property owners, operators, and business users. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Statement as Wayfinder changes. The updated date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
